The bed was comfortable, the steel bench in bedroom was unuseable to sit on because so uncomfortable. My husband uses a cpap machine leaving us no elecity for bedside lights,leasving the bedroom darkk. In the master bedroom 3 of the 4 electrical outlets on either side of the bed were dead. The bathrooms are in desparte need of upgrading. After checking chair we could see it had been repaired before. Everything in the unit was VERY old, My husband was sitting in the dining room chair and the leg fell off and he fell onto floor. The refrigerator was very old, had to buy ice daily. The oven did not work, PVRP replaced cheap stove with a newer one three days later,whichich I appreciated. None of the remotes worked, but PVRP replaced them the day we moved in which was good. It was extremely dark, had to get all higher wattage bulbs the day we arrived. I was terribly disappointed with the unit. You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).
